Hi everyone
We are starting a small group for people who sometimes feel overwhelmed by their feelings and have no one to talk to. This will be a safe, respectful, non-judgmental space where we can share what we are going through - stress, anxiety, relationships, loneliness, or simply a heavy day.
The group will have limited members so everyone feels comfortable and heard.
Please let us know your reason for joining this group when you send the request. This is not to judge anyone; it is only to understand your intention and ensure that the group stays respectful and supportive for everyone.
Group Rules:
1. Listen without judgement, no gossip, and no debates.
2. Please keep everything confidential.
3. Plesse don't invalidate anyone'a feelings.
4. Please don't force your opinion or beliefs.
5. Please don't turn the group into debates on political and religious arguments.
6. Please donot pressure anyone to share more than they want to.
We will meet once every 15 days in person in a cafe/park/or somebody's home (of available). The idea is simple: real people, real conversations, and a sense of belonging.
