If you have some plans and would like some of the memebers to join you in your event. We would request you not to send random/incomplete invitations for your event in any of the group. This will not only clutter our group, but will not fetch interest from potential members.
General Terms:
Must be done under TravelingSouls banner, your brand, group name will not be used.
All communication should happen in WhatsApp group under TS community.
No new WhatsApp Group can be created
You are required to share some images of the event which will be shared on on social platforms.
All events should be on cost sharing basis
All expanses are required to be shared among participants.
All vendor details, hotel details, transportation to be made public among participants.
RSVP on meetup is must
If you have some participants who are not part of our community, they are required to join our Meetup & WhatsApp
No Collaboration with any other similar group, however we welcome all to be part of our community.
